Stacking The Shelves #118 & Sunday Post #82

I am combining two great blog hops:  Stacking The Shelves (a Saturday feature by Team Tynga's Reviews), and Sunday Post (a Sunday feature by the Caffeinated Book Reviewer).  Both of these features give people a chance to post about what books they received and also an opportunity to catch a glimpse of what others are excited about.  I really enjoy see everyone's version of these features! If you enjoy my blog, please consider following me via Bloglovin, Networked Blogs, GFC, or by email subscription.  If you leave a comment and tell me you are a new follower, I will follow you back!

In "Real Life":
What a week!  With going to the Lorde concert, and trying to finish Cassandra Clare's Lord of Shadows, I didn't get much sleep.  I can survive on five hours per night, right?  I really liked that book.  I got so into it that I yelled out loud at what happened during the ending!

My TBR challenge is not going very well.  I have only finished four books this month.  I need to focus on reading books I really like.  So next up is Strange The Dreamer by Laini Taylor.

We did go to an amazing concert on Tuesday.  Lorde was wonderful, as were the two opening acts:  Tove Styrke (a Swedish signer?), and Run The Jewels, an old-school hip hop duo.  They were fun and really got the arena rocking.  Although my pictures aren't great, I think our seats were fine.

  7. Hi Ardis,
I am not doing well on the TBR Challenge either. So don´t worry. Not everything goes as smoothly as we want it. Your books look very interesting. Guess the one or the other might be one for me too. I thought of you today while I was writing my post for the Mystery Blogger Award. I tagged you and maybe you wanna join in.
